THIS FORM IS FOR REGISTERING CHURCHES WITH 100 OR MORE DELEGATES.
Please return to the Convention website to select a different form if:

you are registering a church with less than 100 delegates
·
you are registering as an Individual, State Convention or District Association
THIS ONLINE FORM WILL ACCEPT UP TO 120 DELEGATES.
If you need to register more than 120 delegates,
as soon as possible
, send the additional delegate names and their first and second class choices to the Congress Registration Office via email:
congressregistration@nationalbaptist.com
. Reference your name, your church name and registration date.
Important:
Please have all of your delegate and first and second choice class selections on hand. If changes or additions are needed after you submit this form for processing,contact the Congress Registration office (see below). Changes cannot be made online after you submit your form.
THIS FORM IS IN TWO PARTS DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF DELEGATES.
After you submit Part 1, you will go to Part 2 where you can finish adding your delegates and enter your payment information.
